Novak Djokovic first earned the World No. 1 ranking in 2011 at the age of 24. He currently holds the record for the most weeks spent at No. 1 in the ATP rankings.
The Serbian has won a record 24 Grand Slams, with his most successful major event being the Australian Open which he has won 10 times.
Djokovic also holds the record for the most titles won at the ATP Finals. His first came in 2008 at Shanghai, before a further four titles in London and two in Turin.
Djokovic has also won a record 40 ATP Masters 1000 events, and is the only player in ATP Tour history to have won every Masters 1000 title.
In 2024 Djokovic win the Olympic gold medal in Paris, defeating Carlos Alcaraz in the final to become the fifth player to complete the career Golden Grand Slam.
